This release makes student tables in Allocate more consistent by remembering each user’s column settings between sessions. It also tightens which student fields users can access: only fields included in the Allocate configuration will be available.
This release is pushed to test on the release date and to production one week later.
Improvements
- Saved column settings
- When users choose which columns to display, and in what order, those settings are now saved between sessions.
- The same column setup is reused across student-information tables, giving users a more consistent experience and reducing repeated setup.
- Saved column settings in Allocate
- Note: Previously, users could display all fields on the student object. This is now restricted to fields that have been actively included in the Allocate configuration. Contact suport to change your configuration if needed.
- Registration access via Hub
- Registration has been removed from the product selector shown at sign-in.
- The recommended way to access Registration is now through the Hub.
- It is possible to link directly to https://registration.timeedit.dev/<customer_signature> for those customers doing this today.
