New release of Data Manager - Sequence constraints

The following was released on July 2 and will be available in Production later this summer.

Sequence constraints can be applied to any Activity Series or Tracks within the same Module or across Modules. The specific sequences can contain a Min or Max padding, or a combination of the two, to allow for fine grained control of how the activities should be scheduled in relation to each other.

In addition to these specific sequence constraints, all Activity Series within the same Module always has a built in sequence. This built in sequence can now be changed within Data Manager and can also have the Min/Max padding. It is also possible to exclude one or more Activity Series from the built in sequence.

The UI in DM has been updated to provide a more unified and coherent view of all constraints.

Activity Manager will also show all Constraints and provide the ability to view them

For more information on Sequence constraints, please see this Academy article

Please note that Sequence constraints are not used outside of Automatic scheduling. There is currently no indication in Core when Activities are scheduled outside its sequence.
