The following was released to the Test environments on 26th of June and will reach production one week later.
Improvements
- Sync setting periods are now determined using the organisation's configured timezone, preventing incorrect time windows from being applied.
- Reference fields are now included when evaluating sync setting filters, resolving an issue where certain customers experienced very long sync times due to description fields changing back and forth.
- Administrators can now control whether automatic Outlook reminders are applied to outbound reservations at go-live.
Bug fixes
- Resolved an issue where reservations were synced to unintended objects due to membership edges being followed in both directions. Expansion now only follows edges downward.
- Resolved an issue where organisation ownership on incoming reservations could not be set. To prevent users from modifying or deleting incoming Outlook reservations they do not own, configuration by a TimeEdit consultant is required.
- Resolved an issue where dangling calendar events were incorrectly removed during sync.
